For 19 Years, I grew up and went to school in Carroll County. After graduating from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University), I moved to Ocean City for the summer. Before I knew it, 9 years had passed, and I was still there. What a wonderful and beautiful place to live! During this time, I worked on building a proficient Real Estate career by learning the business one step at a time. In 2002, my life took a different direction and brought me back to the Carroll County area. I feel fortunate to be able to continue expanding my career in a place I call home.
I began my real full-time Real Estate career in 1994 as an Office Associate for O'Conor, Piper & Flynn (now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage) in the Ocean City area. I earned my Real Estate License in 1996 and worked as a Licensed Personal Assistant for a few years. In September 2002, I moved "back home" to the Carroll County area. I am a full-time Realtor representing Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges, with all types of properties, in many different locations throughout each step of the transaction.
I specialize in various counties in Maryland, including Carroll County (Mt. Airy, Woodbine, Taylorsville, Sykesville, Eldersburg, Marriottsville, Finksburg, Westminster, Taneytown, Hampstead, Manchester), Baltimore County (Glyndon, Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Randallstown, Windsor Mill, Gwynn Oak, Catonsville, Towson, Lutherville, Timonium, Parkville), Howard County (Sykesville, Eldersburg, Marriottsville, Woodbine, Mt. Airy, Ellicott City, Columbia, Clarksville), Harford County (Bel Air, Abingdon, Edgewood), some areas of Frederick County and the surrounding communities in those areas. I have associates who can help you with property in the neighboring states of Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia. I am a member of the Local (CCAR - Carroll County Association of Realtors), State (MAR - MD Association of Realtors), National Association of Realtors (NAR), the MRIS (Metropolitian Regional Information Systems) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Association of Real Estate Professionals. I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors' Institute) designation, am MD Workforce Housing Certified and was one of the first Realtors to have earned this certification. Only a small percentage of Realtors hold these designations and certifications.
Awards for 2005 - In March, I was the Office Top Individual Listing Agent, the Top Individual Producer & I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In September, I was the Office Top Individual Producer, the Top Individual Sales Agent and I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In December, I was the Office Top Individual Producer. My Total Settled Volume was $3,602,950. I earned the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR) Production Award - Gold Club.
Awards for 2006 - In May, I was the Office Top Individual Sales Agent. I Produced over $1 Million in Volume in June and August. My total Settled Volume was $5,338,447. I earned the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR) Production Award - Platinum Club.
Awards for 2007 - In January and April, I was the Office Top Individual Sales Agent and I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In March and May, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In June, I was the Office Top Individual Listing Agent, the Top Individual Sales Agent and I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In August and October, I was the Office Top Individual Sales Agent and I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In September and November, I was the Office Top Individual Listing Agent. In November, I produced over $1 Million in Volume. My total Settled Volume was $6,474,300. I awarded the honor of becoming a Member of the Coldwell Banker Presidents Club. I earned the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR) Production Award - Platinum Club.
Awards for 2008 - In March and April, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In July, I was the Office Top Individual Sales Agent and I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In August and September, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. My Total Settled Volume was $3,671,189. I earned the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR) Production Award - Gold Club.
Awards for 2009 - In August, September, October and November, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume. In September, I was # 56 in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). This is based on Settled Volume and only 2 other agents in my office made this list. In October, I was # 74 in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). Only 1 other agent in my office made this list. I was a member of the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR) Gold Club and was the 2009 Overall Top Individual Agent in My Office. My total Settled Volume was $3,360,450.
Awards for 2010 - In February, I Produced over $2 Million in Volume and was # 95 in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). Only 1 other agent in my office made this list. In March, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume and was #87 in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). Only 1 other agent in my office made this list. For the 1st Quarter, I Produced over $4.9 Million in Volume and was #95 in Coldwell Banker’s 1st Quarter Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). In April, I Produced over $2 Million in Volume and was #40 in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). I was also #62 in Coldwell Banker’s January to April 2010 Top 100 (Mid-Atlantic Region). In May, I Produced over $1.8 Million in Volume and was #83 in Coldwell Banker’s January to May 2010 Top 100 (Mid-Atlantic Region). In June, I Produced over $1.6 Million in Volume and was #94 in Coldwell Banker’s January to June 2010 Top 100 (Mid-Atlantic Region). For the 2nd Quarter, I Produced over $5.8 Million in Volume. In August, I was #112 in Coldwell Banker’s January to August 2010 Top Agents (Mid-Atlantic Region). In September, I Produced over $1 Million in Volume.
